Job summary

Kinaxia are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team at their site in Telford. The role will support the Managing Director/General Manager overseeing agreed business operations for the growth of the business within the broad strategy set by the Board.

You will work with colleagues to execute strategies, ensure policy compliance, develop staff, manage resources, and drive high levels of customer service while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation and warehousing industries.
• Ability to manage multi-functional teams.
• Experience analysing and solving business problems.
• Ability to develop staff and succession plans.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues in executing company business strategies with MD/Board.
• Support policy communication and regulatory adherence across the group.
• Assist with staff development, motivation and succession planning.
• Assist with resource and cost management to maximise profitability.
• Support day-to-day operations to deliver high customer service levels.
• Continuously analyse processes and implement improvements for compliance and effectiveness.
