You will lead cross‑department collaboration, design processes, manage HR/finance/IT, monitor KPIs, plan development projects, deliver reports to senior management, and oversee IT infrastructure to maintain availability and security in a busy distribution business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of HR, finance, IT and related departments.
• Able to collaborate and bring out the best in others.
• Hands-on in investigating, solving and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor KPIs and operational performance; recommend and implement improvements.
• Design, manage and optimise business processes to support growth.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to support business goals.
• Plan and deliver development projects within scope, quality and budget.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance and issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, policies and HR procedures.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and systems (networks, servers, cloud, platforms) for availability, security and performance.
• Plan and support audits to improve all aspects of the business.
