Responsibilities

• Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity.
• Produce performance reports and monitor targets.
• Schedule work-in-progress levels and ensure on-time completion.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Support supervisors and operational teams with scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and service delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with health & safety requirements.
