Clancy is seeking a proactive planner to map out activities for our operational teams in Livingston. You will ensure requirements are translated into concise work instructions and support the team from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities include coordinating traffic management, road closure notices, and permits, while maintaining clear communication with colleagues and customers to meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities for operational teams using various systems.
• Monitor work output from start to finish and report progress regularly.
• Serve as first point of contact for operations to resolve issues.
• Process, raise and close traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
