Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work for operative teams using a range of systems
• Translate requirements into clear, accurate work instructions
• Monitor jobs from start to finish and update systems
• Act as first point of contact for operational teams and resolve issues
• Liaise with colleagues and customers to manage expectations and priorities
• Raise, process and close traffic management, footway and road closure notices and permits
• Ensure planning and permit activity is completed accurately and on time
