Qualifications

• Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, where you have assessed and made quick decisions.
• Highly developed organisational and communication skills and an enjoyment of dealing with lots of different people.
• Computer literacy and being customer oriented are a pre-requisite.

Responsibilities

• Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
• Monitoring work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
• Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, to help provide resolutions to any issues.
• Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
