APCOA PARKING UK is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee parking operations in Redbridge. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring compliant service delivery across on-street operations and contract management.

You will lead a team of enforcement officers, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with residents, businesses, councillors, and the Metropolitan Police to improve neighbourhood safety and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent management experience (Team Manager level or similar).
• Experience managing supervisors or equivalent roles.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Confident handling performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Proven experience monitoring KPIs.
• Commercially aware and comfortable analysing data.
• Good IT skills (MS Office).
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Assistant Contract Manager to deliver a high-quality, compliant service.
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of Senior Civil enforcement officers and on street CEOs.
• Deputising for the Assistant Contract Manager when required.
• Ensuring KPIs, service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Managing staff performance, absence and employee relations.
• Working closely with residents, local businesses, councillors and the Metropolitan Police.
• Helping create safer neighbourhoods and thriving local business districts.
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met at all times.
