Job summary

WSP is seeking an Operations Manager in the UK to lead day-to-day operations for Building Services, embedding a robust delivery model and a client-focused culture. You will work with the Buildings Group Director and Operations Director to manage projects, risks, and performance while maintaining SHEQ standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects in multidisciplinary design engineering, construction, or professional services consultancy.
• Ability to lead and manage teams across functions and geographies.
• Experience implementing SHEQ and safety standards in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership on client contracts and change management.
• Lead operational management of Building Services teams and resources.
• Support project governance, risk, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Champion SHEQ performance and ensure policy compliance across projects.
• Interface with regional groups to promote best practice and reporting.
