Job summary

WSP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations within the Buildings Services discipline in the UK and Ireland. You will support the Buildings Group Director in project leadership, balancing delivery with client, staff and commercial expectations.

You will drive SHEQ compliance, risk management and financial governance across projects, mentor teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with WSP standards and regional practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multidisciplinary functions.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational matters within Buildings Services.
• Embed a project delivery culture balancing client, staff and commercial needs.
