Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Building Services delivery across multiple projects. You will embed a robust delivery culture, manage day-to-day operations and support senior leaders in performance, risk and client satisfaction.

The role requires championing SHEQ, effective reporting, and collaboration with regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across functions.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Evidence of identifying and implementing process improvements and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Building Services teams in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor workload, resource utilization and project delivery against plans.
• Support SHEQ compliance and embedding best practice (BMS/SHEQ) in delivery.
• Oversee commercial governance, budgets, and financial reporting for project portfolios.
