Job summary

WSP is seeking an Operations Manager for our Buildings Services leadership team in the UK. You will support the Buildings Group Director, embedding a robust delivery model, balancing client, staff and commercial expectations, and overseeing day-to-day operational matters.

You will lead performance reviews, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and champion SHEQ practice while optimizing resources and reporting at regional and UK levels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial aspects of large projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across offices and regions.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
