An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager or Senior Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in setting up a new Complex Care service under an established healthcare group.

This is a rare chance to build a service line or subsidiary business from the ground up, with full back‑office, compliance, and infrastructure support from an experienced and reputable organisation.

The Opportunity
  • Lead the setup and launch of a new Complex Care service, with freedom to shape the model and specialism.
  • Drive operational and/or commercial growth, depending on your background and expertise.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to establish the brand, secure contracts, and build care delivery capacity.
  • Full support from the existing group for HR, compliance, finance, and recruitment functions.
The Candidate
  • Experienced Operations Manager or Senior Business Development Manager within Complex Care, Domiciliary Care, or Community Healthcare.
  • Proven ability to set up and grow a new service or business line.
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements, business development, and service delivery.
  • Strategic and commercial thinker with the drive to lead new growth.
