Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking an Operations Manager to lead health and safety, facility management, and poolside operations across our centres. You will work within the Centre Management team to drive exceptional service, staff development, and event support in a busy leisure environment.

You should have proven leadership in medium-to-large operations, with the ability to prioritise, coach staff, and deliver under deadlines. We offer full training and career progression across over 100 facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a busy leisure or community facility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
• Strong customer service ethos and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety across the centre and gym.
• Oversee facility management, cleaning and quality of the whole centre.
• Manage poolside operation and the staff team.
