Job summary

Stantonbury Leisure Centre in Milton Keynes is recruiting an Operations Manager to support the Centre Manager in delivering high quality leisure services and managing day-to-day operations.

You will oversee health and safety, contractor management and maintenance, quality assurance, sports development and children activities, while supervising Operations Assistants. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends when facilities are open.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing leisure facilities or community centres.
• Proven ability to lead teams and supervise staff.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Centre Manager in delivering high quality leisure services.
• Oversee health and safety, contractor management and maintenance.
• Coordinate sports development and children activities; ensure facilities are properly used.
