Job summary

Escapade Silverstone is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team and deliver an extraordinary guest experience. You will build a culture of excellence, drive daily performance, and ensure the highest standards across all departments.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape guest journeys, oversee SOPs, and safeguard welfare with DBS checks prior to employment. This is a permanent full-time role at Silverstone.

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or leisure setting.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Revenue awareness and commercial performance across Escapade.
• Provide Senior Operational Leadership.
• People Development: coach, mentor, train staff.
• Process Improvement: review SOPs, drive health and safety standards.
• Operational Excellence: manage daily operations and team performance.
• Review Operational Standards alongside the Guest Journey.
• Cross departmental communication.
• Team Leadership: onboard new team members and build camaraderie.

Job Purpose

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively.

Silverstone is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk and expects all team members and volunteers to share this commitment. Background checks and DBS checks at the appropriate level will be obtained prior to employment commencing.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue awareness and commercial performance across Escapade
• Provide Senior Operational Leadership
• People Development: Foster a culture of accountability, provide regular coaching and mentorship, and lead training initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Review departmental SOPs and event operation manuals, drive a zero-defect approach to health and safety, and ensure adherence to high standards of service.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure smooth running of all department
• Review Operational Standards alongside the Guest Journey
• Cross departmental communication
• Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, onboard new team members, and build a strong sense of camaraderie.
