Escapade Silverstone is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team and deliver an extraordinary guest experience at the Silverstone venue. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee recruitment, performance coaching, and cross-department coordination to maximise guest satisfaction.

This role demands a proactive, hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, optimise SOPs, and foster a culture of accountability across the team, while supporting safeguarding

JOB PURPOSE

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively.

• Process Improvement: Review departmental SOPs and event operation manuals, drive a zero-defect approach to health and safety, and ensure adherence to high standards of service.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure smooth running of all department
• Review Operational Standards alongside the Guest Journey
• Cross departmental communication
• Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, onboard new team members, and build a strong sense of camaraderie.
