David Lloyd Leisure in Finchley seeks an Operations Manager to lead and operate a large club, ensuring exemplary member experiences seven days a week. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee safety and compliance, and drive service excellence across teams to deliver a thriving, inclusive club culture.

As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).


• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.


• Experience of financial planning and management.


• Passionate about customer service.
