Job Summary

Position: Operations Manager
Location: Dartford Area
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Experience Required: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within facilities management, operations, or a similar industry. Business development or tender experience. Experience managing multi-discipline engineers. Ideally, H&S qualification. Technical expertise in Air Conditioning, HVAC, Commercial Gas, or Electrical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities management services.
2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
3. Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from proposal to execution.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Lead a team of operational managers, engineers, and support staff.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Prepare and deliver high-level reports for senior leadership.
9. Oversee bidding and tendering processes for new contracts.
