A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee high-value retrofit projects in Social Housing. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing contractors to ensure seamless project completion. The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 6 in Construction, a CSCS card, and a UK driving license. The position offers a salary between £65k and £85k, car allowance, and additional benefits including 29 days holiday and a bonus.
As the Operations Manager, you'll be the key leader for Project Managers, Site Managers and Contractors, managing high value projects within retrofit schemes and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to. Working with a Tier 1 contractor to ensure the Social Housing schemes run smoothly, you'll be involved in contracts such as Kitchen & Bathroom and Windows & Doors refurbishment.
