Opening in late 2025, The Bedford Hotel will be a prestigious boutique hotel in the heart of Belfast, set within the iconic Scottish Mutual Building. With 82 luxury bedrooms, a destination restaurant, cafe bar, and private dining rooms, we aim to set new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland.

The Bedford Hotel, operated by Focus Hotels Management, seeks a skilled and driven Operations Manager who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting. You are a natural leader with a passion for service excellence and an unwavering commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of the culinary and front office departments to ensure unified operations and consistent guest experiences.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the hotel's objectives, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
  • Uphold high standards of guest service across all supervised departments, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
