Job summary

Babcock invites applications for its Business Operations Management Graduate Programme at HM Naval Base Clyde in Scotland. The two-year rotation covers business development, finance, procurement and leadership, with structured support and expert masterclasses.

You’ll join a programme starting September 2027, with a minimum salary of £35,000 and on-site work most weeks. Successful applicants must hold a qualifying undergraduate or postgraduate degree and be able to achieve BPSS and SC security

Qualifications

• You’ll need an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.
• Security clearance BPSS and Security Check (SC) required for this programme.
• Some placements may be subject to nationality/residency restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across business areas including development, finance, procurement and leadership.
• Take ownership of meaningful tasks in each placement and contribute to safe, secure operations.
• Learn through expert-led masterclasses and personalised mentorship to prepare for progressive roles.
