Job summary

Babcock is offering a Business Operations Management Graduate Programme in Rosyth, Scotland. The two-year rotation will span business development, finance, procurement, HR, and operations, with structured mentorship and masterclasses to build communication, resilience and leadership.

Starting salary is a minimum £35,000, with location- and qualification-based variation. Onsite work is required, with clear pathways to permanent roles and progression within the Babcock Role Framework.

Qualifications

• Must have an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.
• Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across markets, locations and clients to support business operations.
• Learn to develop strategic initiatives, manage projects, and analyse contracts.
• Work with suppliers to deliver results and keep projects on track.
• Participate in two-year rotations across business areas.
