Job summary

Babcock International Group is offering a two-year Business Operations Management Graduate Programme in the UK. You will rotate across business areas, coordinating with teams to deliver strategic initiatives, manage projects, analyse contracts and support financial systems while collaborating with suppliers to achieve results.

From day one you’ll receive structured training and mentoring, with a clear pathway to a permanent role in Business Operations and progression within the Babcock Role

Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.
• Eligible for BPSS and Security Check (SC) security clearance.
• Willing to undertake placements across UK sites and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across markets, locations and clients to keep projects on track.
• Develop strategic initiatives, secure new business and manage projects.
• Analyse contracts and support financial systems within the programme.
• Collaborate with suppliers to deliver results and break down complex challenges.
