Job summary

weServed is launching a Business Operations Management Graduate Programme in Scotland. The programme starts September 2027, with a closing date of 20 October 2026. The role offers a minimum salary of £35,000 and sits at HM Naval Base Clyde, Scotland.

You will rotate across business areas, developing strategic initiatives, bidding, finance, procurement, HR and operational leadership. Structured support and mentorship accompany expert masterclasses to prepare you for a senior operations career.

Qualifications

• Requires an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Restricted to UK nationals per policy.

Responsibilities

• Support across multiple markets and clients through coordination and collaboration.
• Develop strategic initiatives, secure new business, manage projects, analyse contracts, and support financial systems.
• Learn to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps to keep projects on track.
