You will manage communications, onboarding relations, and cost information while ensuring accuracy across systems. A proactive, flexible approach and strong MS Office skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with supplier, customer and internal stakeholder interaction.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for third-party hauliers and suppliers.
• Support transport operations by resolving queries and managing cost information.
• Maintain POD, CMR, invoice and job-costing queries across UK/international ops.
