Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Immingham to support transport and warehouse operations. You will manage customer expectations, update stock and transport systems, and liaise with warehouses, planners and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a logistics setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence to liaise with customers, planners, warehouses and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates on delivery status.
• Process customer call-offs and update stock/transport systems.
• Create accurate delivery documentation and support invoicing information.
• Monitor deliveries and maintain KPI data; build strong stakeholder relationships.
