Upham Inns in the South of England is recruiting a Deputy Manager to lead the front-of-house team, uphold Upham Inns standards and deliver services across busy pubs. The role requires proven leadership in hospitality and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver results.
• Strong financial skills: budgeting, audits and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the FOH team.
• Oversee all aspects of operation including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Health & safety and property.
• Ensure Upham Inns standards are maintained and performance targets are achieved.
• Support the General Manager in driving excellence across the premises.
• Mentor training and development within the team.
