Job summary

Upham Inns is seeking a Front of House Team Leader todevelop and lead the front-of-house team across our pubs in Southern England. You will drive excellent customer service, coach staff and ensure smooth operation during busy shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Must have restaurant experience.
Minimum age 18 due to licensing.
Great communicator with teamwork skills.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Be organised and proactive.
Knowledge of food, wine and beer.
Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
Hold pre-session briefings and train staff on new products and promotions.
Assist in implementing and driving promotional activities.
Coach team members to upsell and maximise revenue.
Maintain high standards of customer service and liaise with kitchen and door teams.
Support the General and Assistant Managers to run the business effectively.
