Upham Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead guest experiences and supervise food and beverage operations. You will drive KPIs, manage staff development, and handle recruitment while ensuring excellent service and strong team performance.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays as required, with growth opportunities toward General Manager along a clear development pathway.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality
• The Right to Work in the UK
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of guest experience at a high level with consistency through every shift
• Overall responsibility for the food and beverage
• Achieving the KPI's / performance metrics for the ongoing financial success of the business
• HR responsibilities including recruitment and development of staff
