Job summary

Relay is seeking an Operations Manager, Operative Acquisition to own the end-to-end operative funnel across its sortation sites. You will forecast, attract, qualify, train and activate operatives while building automation and dashboards to stay ahead of site demand as volumes rise.

You will work across acquisition, Live Operations, site teams, and Product & Engineering to optimize Right to Work checks, improve communication, and reduce drop-offs.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume hiring or onboarding funnels, ideally for frontline workforce.
• Strong SQL ability and data-driven mindset to build dashboards from raw data.
• Familiar with paid acquisition channels and how to brief changes when sites run short.
• Hands-on with automation, triggers for invitations, comms and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Own the operative funnel end to end from attraction to activation and retention.
• Forecast applicant supply to stay ahead of site demand.
• Improve qualification and compliance processes, including Right to Work checks.
• Optimize training capacity and manage waitlists and activation across sites.
• Write and maintain clear funnel reporting and alerts by site.
