Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring an Operations Manager, Operative Acquisition, to own the operative supply across sortation sites. You will build the funnel, reporting, and automation to scale recruitment, training, and activation as volume grows.

You will write SQL, ship automation, and work hands-on at our sort centres to see how new starters land, with a hybrid on-site/remote work setup in London.

Qualifications

• Growth or operations background with daily supply mindset.
• Proficient in SQL and building dashboards from raw data.
• Experience running a high-volume hiring/onboarding funnel for frontline workers.
• Comfortable with paid acquisition (e.g., Google Ads) for staffing.
• Hands-on automation: triggers for invitations, comms and alerts; quick with new ATS/scheduling tools.
• Understanding of Right to Work checks; demonstrates compliance impact on funnel.
• Clear writing; capable of documenting processes and comms.

Responsibilities

• Own the operative funnel end-to-end from attraction to retention.
• Forecast applicant supply and direct spend to fill gaps.
• Improve qualification and compliance, including Right to Work checks.
• Optimize training capacity and waitlists to keep sessions filled.
• Activate new starters quickly and support shift fill and comms.
• Reduce no-shows and cancellations by addressing root causes.
• Own funnel communications and compliance processes (waitlists, suspensions, shift bookings).
• Build funnel reporting and alerts tracking volumes, conversion, time-to-hire by site.
