Job summary

Relay Technologies in London is seeking a Growth Manager, Sortation, to own the operative funnel across our sortation sites and build the forecasting, reporting and automation that keeps supply ahead of demand as volume rises.

You’ll work with acquisition, Live Operations, site teams, and Product/Engineering, write SQL and spend time at our sort centres to see how new starters land. This hybrid role includes equity and health cover.

Qualifications

• Experience owning recruitment funnel end-to-end.
• Strong SQL and automation skills.
• Ability to forecast applicant supply vs site demand.
• Collaborates with Product and Engineering to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the operative funnel end to end from attraction to retention.
• Forecast supply ahead of site demand and direct spend where gaps exist.
• Improve qualification and compliance (Right to Work/KYC).
• Optimise training capacity and waitlists to fill sessions.
• Get new starters onto shift quickly and ensure activation.
• Reduce cancellations, no-shows and inactivity by improving communications and processes.
• Own communications and compliance workflows including waitlists and shift-booking.
• Build funnel reporting and alerts tracking volumes, conversion, time to hire by site.
