Job summary

Relay Technologies in London is seeking an Operations Manager, Operative Acquisition to own the operative funnel across our sortation sites and build automation that scales with demand. You will forecast applicant supply, manage paid channels, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deploy integrations the funnel relies on.

Strong SQL and dashboard skills are essential, plus experience with high-volume hiring.

Qualifications

Experience building dashboards from raw data, not static trackers.
Background in high-volume hiring or onboarding funnels.
Familiarity with paid acquisition and performance briefs.
Hands-on with automation and triggers for communications and alerts.
Understanding of Right to Work checks and related compliance.

Responsibilities

Own the operative funnel end to end from attraction to activation and retention.
Forecast supply ahead of site demand and optimize spend to fill gaps.
Improve qualification and compliance processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Optimize training capacity and manage waitlists to keep sessions filled.
Get new starters onto shift quickly and drive activation and retention.
Reduce cancellations, no-shows and inactivity through root-cause analyses.
Own communications and compliance workflows, including waitlists and shift-booking.
Build funnel reporting and alerts tracking volumes, conversion and time-to-hire.
