Job summary

Relay Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead 50–100 operatives across hybrid sort centres. You will own end-to-end shift plans, deploy people, ensure throughput, quality and safety, and maintain clear handovers between shifts.

This is a hands-on, on-floor role where speed and precision drive daily performance. You will build the routines, cadence, and metrics that keep the operation running, anticipate labour needs, and relay insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading 50–100 frontline operatives on a physical site.
• Experience building shift plans, cadences, and performance metrics.
• Strong people skills with the ability to brief large teams at shift start.
• Deliver end-to-end ownership of shift operations with rapid decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end shift plans for 50–100 operatives.
• Deploy people, manage throughput, ensure quality and safety.
• Own end-of-shift handovers and communicate risks to next shift.
• Implement changes live, including new tech or client onboarding.
• Build controls, dashboards, and SOPs for frontline teams.
