South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture in Hamilton is seeking an Operations Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of our Outdoor Recreation Service, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety legislation.

You will manage staff, oversee health and safety, programme activities and events, and control local budgets. The role includes duties as Duty Manager with backshift and weekend work to meet business needs.

• Experience in a compliance environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and deliver results.
