The successful candidate will maintain service standards, coordinate rotas, and support program delivery while upholding the charity’s values and sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the leisure staff.
• Ensure performance and presentation standards are maintained.
• Supervise facilities operations and respond to issues reported by staff.
• Plan staff rotas and arrange cover for absences.
• Recruit, induct and train staff; manage disciplinary matters.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment; assist with cleaning duties.
• Deliver first aid and fitness inductions as required.
• Monitor health and safety, report risks and maintain records.
• Administer bookings, memberships, and customer information.
• Assist with activity programmes and promote the facility.
