Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for 3 to 12 months in 2027. The role embeds you in a global HR function within a dynamic operations environment, working closely with teams across countries and receiving a dedicated mentor.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in employee relations, training, analytics, and HR programs. You’ll complete structured learning sessions and have the chance to transition to a graduate role or another internship, with relocation

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+) in reading, writing and speaking.
• Penultimate or final year student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3 or 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist internal communication to align teams across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for employee growth.
• Learn HR across the broader organization and best practices.
• Provide support on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
