You will work with business leaders to align HR initiatives, gain hands-on experience, and participate in projects across HR areas, with a focus on practical outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and a 12-month duration.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Assist with internal communication across multiple countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learn HR practices across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on queries related to attendance, engagement, and compensation.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations.
