Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is offering an Operations HR Partner Intern position. You’ll dive into HR within a global operations context, supporting employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The program includes a mentor, learning sessions, intern community, relocation support, and potential graduate opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

Fluent English at C1 level or above.
Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and able to commit to a 3 or 12-month internship.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
Assist with internal communication to align teams across countries.
Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
Assist HR teams with day-to-day routines and admin tasks.
Participate in process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations to inform decisions.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
