Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Penultimate or final year pursuing HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3 or 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
• Support internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for teams.
• Stay up-to-date on HR best practices across the organization.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR queries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify efficiency improvements.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
