Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is offering an Operations HR Partner Intern role. This full-time internship provides exposure to HR within a global organisation, with projects spanning employee relations, training, analytics, and compensation support.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in penultimate or final year and pursuing a university bachelor's or master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
Fluent in English (C1) and able to commit to a full-time 3-month internship.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations.
Assist with internal communications to align teams across countries.
Help develop training plans and materials for development needs.
Learn HR functions across the organization and stay updated on best practices.
Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency improvements.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
