Soho House & Co in London seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager, oversee service standards, operations, member/guest experience and staff wellbeing. The AGM acts as a brand ambassador and embraces our ethos across all interactions.

You will lead day-to-day team management, drive guest experience, and collaborate with departments to deliver exceptional member experiences, events and F&B operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service standards and staff performance.
