Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking an Operations Resource to support the Electric Ireland account. You will process and manage the full lifecycle of sales on internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while maintaining quality calls and sales processing within SLAs.

You will own the sales pipeline, collaborate with the sales team, and provide updates to stakeholders. The role requires 12+ months in a fast-paced operations/admin role, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a fast-paced operations or administrative role.
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for ownership of a process or workstream to deliver success.
• Ability to perform in a team environment and on own initiative.
• Comfortable liaising with customers by phone and customer-centric.

Responsibilities

• Process all assigned sales orders accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain daily report of all orders and provide on-demand updates for stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance in all sales processing and reporting.
• Complete quality calls with customers to confirm order details and compliance.
• Own the sales pipeline to ensure proactive management from receipt to connected status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise return of sales received to connected.
• Identify opportunities to add value and enhance service for the sales team and client.
