Job summary

Elco Cuenod Ecoflam is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist to act as the main liaison between sales reps, customers and central office. You will coordinate the entire order process across the UK & Ireland, ensuring smooth processing of orders, quotations and related admin tasks.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service to all stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and supporting forecasting and reporting activities. A strong background in Excel, SAP and CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role with exposure to sales processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, SAP and CRM systems.
• Good numeracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders accurately using internal systems.
• Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations and sales documents.
• Liaise with customers on product availability, pricing, lead times and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support external sales team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in internal systems.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Monitor outstanding orders and communicate delays proactively.
• Assist with forecasting, reporting and weekly sales data analysis.
• Support key account administration and project tracking activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and pricing structures.
• Take on additional tasks within the Sales Administration area as needed.
