IMPACT EVOLVE have partnered exclusively with ParcelPlanet , a rapidly growing e-commerce fulfilment provider, in the search for a new Operations Director to join their senior leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership across two 20,000 sq. ft. fulfilment centres (Birmingham & Dublin) and help shape the next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

ParcelPlanet supports brands across B2B and B2C channels with tailored, tech-enabled fulfilment. They’re now investing in operational leadership to future-proof their growth, drive efficiencies, and elevate the customer experience.

As Operations Director, you'll lead site operations, build high-performing teams, and play a critical role in implementing a new WMS. You'll bring structure, process, and strategic thinking to ensure ParcelPlanet remains at the forefront of third-party logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading fulfilment operations across two multi-client sites, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent delivery performance.

Driving warehouse performance through SOP creation, warehouse flow optimisation, and team development.

Working closely with the finance team and clients to optimise packaging solutions - balancing cost, sustainability and customer experience.

Being a key contributor to the WMS implementation project, improving visibility, automation and control.

Building a culture of accountability, care and continuous improvement, in line with ParcelPlanet’s core values.

Managing relationships with key clients and carriers, enhancing service levels and delivery outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

A solid background in e-commerce fulfilment, ideally with multi-site or multi-client experience.

Demonstrable expertise in B2C and B2B fulfilment.

Experience in scaling operations, setting KPIs and embedding efficient, data-driven processes.

Strong leadership skills, you’ll be trusted to inspire, challenge and grow your team.

Hands-on knowledge of WMS implementation and warehouse tech adoption.

Packaging insight and an understanding of how to manage it as both a cost centre and a customer experience touchpoint.
