About The Role

The Operations Director of Wellbeing will work closely with the Managing Director of Wellbeing and the Group Leadership Team. They will play a key role in optimizing and implementing operational processes and structures to support the growth of the Wellbeing Business Unit. Responsibilities include aligning teams, creating efficiencies, leading strategic account management, and contributing to the long-term strategy and value proposition of the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and develop a high-performance culture and team.
  • Support the Wellbeing strategy and contribute to business planning and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and Shared Services.
  • Translate strategic plans into operational activities and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and advisors.
  • Innovate to meet customer needs and generate new revenue streams.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives aligned with the group's goals.
About You
Education and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • Proven leadership in building high-performance teams.
  • Experience in the international corporate wellbeing sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Track record in strategic planning, business development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in leading major projects, change initiatives, and mergers/acquisitions.
