About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a clinically qualified Operations Director to join our team of compassionate, inclusive, and committed people working together to provide outstanding person-centred care. This role covers the North West of England and Scotland, supporting multiple services across these regions (subject to change based on business needs).

Requirements

• UK professional health qualification (HCPC or NMC Registered)
• Driver with the ability to travel
• Experience in operational service issues within complex needs environments
• Ability to operate in a complex and changing environment

Responsibilities

1. Lead and support Service Managers to achieve quality, people, and financial targets
2. Work with the quality team, business development managers, and HR to embed a Just Culture
3. Manage site referrals and engagement with referrers and commissioners
4. Ensure understanding of financial KPIs and compliance requirements
5. Handle complaints and incidents appropriately
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures

What You'll Have

• Previous managerial experience within the care sector
• Experience working with regulatory bodies (CQC, CIS, HIS)
• Passion for high-quality care
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Operational and financial planning experience
• Understanding of national and local healthcare issues
