Corona Energy is seeking an Operations Deputy Team Manager to support the delivery of back-office processes across the contract-to-cash lifecycle, analyse data, solve queries and drive process improvements.

You will coach and develop colleagues, build relationships with third-party providers, and help coordinate daily team priorities to meet KPIs. The role offers hybrid working, with Tue–Thu in the office and Mon/Fri remote, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis, reporting and Excel skills.
• 2+ years of coaching or development experience preferred.
