Smartestenergy is seeking an Energy Operations Executive to join our hybrid team. You will work across contracting, onboarding, metering, billing and debt processes to ensure outstanding customer service and operational performance.

You will need excellent organisation, strong numerical skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while advocating for customers at every step of their journey. Remote-friendly with in-office collaboration across locations.
