Job summary

Viridor Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR service delivery across the business. The role heads a small HR team of two Administrators and ensures queries are resolved promptly, policies are applied consistently, and HR data is accurate.

You will work with HRBPs to support workforce planning and strategic people activity, balancing governance with timely operational delivery. Hybrid working is possible, with a Monday–Friday pattern.

Qualifications

• Extensive generalist HR experience in a busy environment.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience coaching line managers and delivering HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR service delivery for the business.
• Manage and develop two HR Administrators, setting clear priorities.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant and accurately administered.
• Provide case management and practical HR advice to managers.
• Support HRBP in day-to-day operations and workforce planning.
• Produce HR dashboards and people metrics to inform decisions.
• Review and improve HR processes, data quality and reporting.
